Jo and Paul have long been caravan enthusiasts, dragging their daughters on many a caravan holiday across the UK. With the hope of following their grilled cheese sandwich dream, they spent 2 years lovingly restoring their vintage 70’s Bluebird caravan.
Now they’re finally out on the road, bringing all that toastie goodness to you lovely lot!
Our offering is always changing, with new specials popping up every month on our toasted sourdough bread.
We cater for vegetarians and all of our sandwiches include a special combination of 3 cheeses for the perfect melt!

We truly are a family run business. Our head honcho is Joann, working front of house greeting all you lovely people. Backing her up as our grill-master is her husband Paul. For larger events, you might also find one of their two grown-up daughters, with a cumulative 15 years’ experience in hospitality, called in for reinforcement.
